Supernova Chinese American Singing Contest

Caesars Atlantic City continues to be the leading provider of premier Asian entertainment with the latest addition to their September events calendar. The gaming and entertainment entity will be the presenting sponsor and event host for the U.S.’s 2013 Supernova Singing Contest finale. Supernova Singing Contest, a co-organized event by US Supernova Entertainment and TVB (USA), seeks to find Chinese American youths that display extraordinary vocal talents and a deep-rooted passion for the musical arts. The competition affords contestants the opportunity to further develop their singing skills and the chance of fulfilling their aspiration of becoming an entertainment phenomenon. The winner will be flown to Hong Kong to compete among other international champions at the TVB International Chinese New Talent Singing Championship Finals.

After several qualifying rounds, contestants have been narrowed down to the top ten. Finalists include Xiao Shan Shan 蕭珊珊, Rainy Zhang 張樹雨, Joyce Lo 羅智琳, Jack Chau 周榮達, Wing Luck Chin 陳毅勇, Vanness Shang Guan 上官際一, Steve Kwan 關潼揮, Jason Gao 高文鐸, Danniew Li 李宣欣, Manli Ruen 阮漫莉. There will also be special guest appearances by celebrities Angel Leung 梁安琪, Angela Au 區文詩 and Amigo Choi崔建邦.
