Ne.Sense, meaning Necessity Sense, is a new streetwear brand and multi-label boutique in Taipei, Taiwan. Founded by four brothers, Richard, Michael, Steve and James, who have studied and lived in the United States, Japan and Taiwan, Ne.Sense is trying to bring a simple but unique fashion sense to the fashion lovers in Taipei. Not only focused on their own collection, the brothers have also introduced many popular streetwear brands from all over the world to the market in Taiwan, such as Off-White, Stampd, Etudes, 424 and more.
In celebration their 2nd anniversary, Ne.Sense invited the creative director of 424, Guillermo Andrade and Kanye West’s photographer Fabien Montique to Taiwan and hosted a special exhibition and party they called “Second Thought”. Through Montique’s photos about religion and poverty in Brazil, England, Canada and Italy, all the hipsters in Taipei were able to experience a night with fashion, music, and a different perspective to see the world.
