After enjoying an incredibly delicious meal at Mister Hotpot, I feel like I should address the owner, Ken, as ‘Sir’! Yes, I would really like to address Mister Hotpot as ‘Sir’ after they’ve successfully blown away my typical perception about hotpot. Indeed, it has gained my admiration with its revolutionary concept of the traditional hotpot; garnered with cutting edge innovations to create the modern style hotpot. Mister Hotpot is preserving the aesthetic and traditional style of Chinese hotpot in New York City.
