Have you ever been in Taiwan to experience the Taiwanese Temple Fair? In early August, there was a Taiwanese culture performance presented by the traditional folk drum troupe–Chio-Tian in New York City. They gave an amazing show of Din Tao (a Taiwanese temple culture custom of music and dance) to New Yorkers.
On August 3, the Taiwanese folk drum group-Chio-Tian made their debut at Lincoln Center in New York. On August 4, Chio-Tian was invited by New York Summer Street to have a second presentation at Foley Square. Their performance is a combination of traditional spirit and pop culture. The powerful drumming, astounding dancers and adorable Techno Third Prince impressed both Americans and Asians in attendance. The performers also seemed like they enjoyed and had fun during the performance, which made it even more interesting.
